Plants is the Raw material of Pharmaceutical Drugs

Nadja Cech is an associate professor of chemistry at UNC Greensboro who is studying how and why plants work as a medicine in our body. She said on a report that in our history, nature has made a lot of compound the can be used as very useful drugs. She also noted that pharmaceuticals used plants as their major components by isolating the special compounds that acts on a certain disease.
